حكم من يسب الخلفاء الراشدين عند ائمة الزيدية
يرى بعض أئمة الزيدية والمحققين من علمائهم أن تناول الخلفاء الراشدين بسباب أو شتيمة جرأةٌ تتطلب اتخاذ موقف، وخطيئة تقتضي حكماً رادعاً.
* فقد روي أن الإمام محمد بن علي الباقر سُئل عن من ينتقص أبا بـكر وعمر؟ فقال: أولئك الـمُـرَّاق([1]). وعنه: بُغض أبي بـكر وعمر نفاق، وبغض الأنصار نفاق([2]).
* وأما الإمام الشهيد زيد بن علي، فروى الحافظ ابن عقدة بإسناده إلى كثير النواء، قال سألت زيد بن علي عن أبي بـكر وعمر؟ فقال: تولهما. قلت: كيف تقول فيمن يبرأ منهما؟ قال: أبرأ منه حتى يموت([3]).
* وعن الإمام الحسن بن الحسن بن الحسن أنه قال لرجل من الرافضة والله لئن أمكن الله منكم لنقطعن أيديكم وأرجلكم من خلاف ولا تقبل لكم توبة([4]).
* وذكر عبد الجبار بن العباس الهمداني : أن جعفر بن محمد، أتاهم وهم يريدون أن يرتحلوا من المدينة، فقال : إنكم إن شاء الله من صالحي أهل مصركم ؛ فأبلغوهم عني: أن من زعم أني أبرأ من أبي بـكر وعمر، فأنا منه بريء([5]).
* وروى سفيان الثوري عن جعفر بن محمد قال، قال لي أبي يا بني إن سب أبي بـكر وعمر من الكبائر فلا تصل خلف من يقع فيهما([6]).
* وأما الإمام الهادي فإنه أمر بجلد من سب أبا بـكر وعمر، واستدل على ذلك بأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم لعن من سب الصَّحابة([7]). واشتهر عنه أنه كان يقول: «وإلى الله أبرأ من كل رافضي غوي، ومن كل حروري ناصبي»([8]).
* وأفتى الإمام يحيى بن حمزة، بأن الصلاة لا تصح خلف من سبّ من تقدم علياً لأنه جرأة على الله واعتداء عليهم مع القطع بتقدم إيمانهم واختصاصهم بالصحبة لرسـول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم([9]). وروى عنه الإمام المهدي: أن سب الصَّحابة فسق تأويل([10]). وأكد في (الانتصار) على: أن «الإقدام على إكفار الصَّحابة وتفسيقهم دخول في الجهالة، وحمق ونقصان في الدين وجرأة على الله»([11]).
* وجزم الإمام المهدي أحمد بن يحيى المرتضى بفسق الخوارج الذين يسبّون علياً، وكذلك الروافض الذين يسبّون الشيخين، لجُرأتهم على ما عُلِمَ تحريمه قطعًا» ([12]).
وأكد العلامة محمد بن علي الزحيف: «أن فضل المشايخ الثلاثة لا يجهله إلا من أعمى الهوى بصره، وأضاع في عدم حمل أعلام الدين على التأويـلات المناسبة لسوابقهم عمره»([13]).
