Jafar the truthful said to his disciple Umar bin Yazid: On night before Friday angels descend in large numbers and in their hands are golden pens and silver sheets and until sunset of Friday they only record the salat the prayers of blessings on the Prophet(s) and the Prophetic descendants(as).
He also said to him: O Umar! It is part of sunnah to recite salat one thousand times on Friday and one hundred times each day.
فمن ذلک ماأرویه بإسـنادي إلی محمـد بن یعقوب الکلینی عن علی بن محمـد عن سـهل بن زیاد عن عمرو بن عثمان عن محمد بن

الذهب وقراطیس الفضۀ لایکتبون إلی لیلۀ السـبت إلاالصـلاة علی محمد وآل
محمدص فأکثر منها و قال لی یاعمر إن من السنۀ أن تصلی علی محمد و أهل بیته فی کل جمعۀ ألف مرة و فی سائر الأیام مائۀ مرة –
The most beloved glorification to God is the one when people are engaged in truthless secular discussions and during that a person starts remembering God.
قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله) : إنّ أحبّ السبحة إلى الله عزّ وجلّ سبحة الحديث، وأبغض الكلام إلى الله التحريف، فقيل: يا رسول الله وما سبحة الحديث؟ قال: يكون الناس في خوض الدنيا وباطلها ولهوها فيغتنم (فيغتمّ) الرجل عند ذلك، فيدعو الله تعالى ويذكره ويسبّحه، قيل: يا رسول الله وما التحريف؟ قال: يقول الرجل ما لي وما عندي
Remember God excessively when you enter markets and when people are busy.
عن أمير المؤمنين (عليه السلام) :
أكثروا ذكر الله عزّ وجلّ إذا دخلتم الأسواق، وعند اشتغال الناس، فإنّه كفارة للذنوب وزيادة في الحسنات، ولا تكتبوا في الغافلين
Moderate work in virtuous actions according to Prophetic praxis of sunnah is better than hard work in innovated supposed virtues.

اللهم اغفر لي ذنبي، ووسع لي في خلقي، وطيّب لي كسبي، وقنعني بما رزقتني، ولا تذهب قلبي إلى شيء حرمته عني
اللهم اغفر لي ذنبي، وطيّب لي كسبي، ووسع لي في خلقي، ومتعني (وقنّعني) بما قسمت لي، ولا تذهب بنفسي إلى شيء قد صرفته عني

We the Ishmaelitic Prophetic descendants were lights around Arsh the throne of God in rows like rows of prayer glorifying Him.

The winners of voting should try to work for an ideal greater than democracy which is gaining the respect of even the minority which chooses to disagree. Pious scientists and researchers can contribute a lot in the inter- cultural struggle, but the intra-cultural struggle is even more painful as evident in story of karbala. . All candidates should make organizational justice their top priority because traditional cultures lack it and our spiritual ideals for which university stands should not be betrayed by its own members. There is a temptation called phariseeism about which both the leaders and followers should be careful. A pharisaical voter or employee exaggerates in criticism of opponents without acknowledging virtues and merits, while a pharisaical leader or boss exaggerates in criticism of subordinates without acknowledging virtues and merits. Another problem in academic atmospheres is narcissism because many of the teachers have academic achievements but this should not stop us from admiring others and looking at weaknesses within, because it is win-win cultures which end up being the leaders of humanity. Even the Companions disagreed in voting but still all the candidates deserve respect. Not voting for anyone does not and should not imply hatred, because even the best Companions could not win perfectly unanimous political support of all members of community, but still support of majority is a practical method.
امام علی (علیه السلام):
«وَبِمَهْدِیِّنا تَنْقَطِعُ الحُجَجُ، فَهُوَ خاتَمُ الأئِمَّةِ وَمُنْقِذُ الأمَّةِ وَمُنْتَهَی النُّورِ وَغامِضُ السِّرِّ.»
He will be the conclusive argument of God, and the perfection of post-Prophetic leaders, and a saviour of the Prophetic nation, and the pinnacle of light and the heart of the mystery.
