When did Pashtuns reject Indo-Iranian antinomianism

Veer Trdad You cannot explain why Pashtuns have a legalistic culture instead of antinomian tendency of most gentile races. Modern Pashtuns are self haters. I am married to a traditional Pashtun and she is more legalistic than me.
