Pakistani democratic and monotheistic post Sikhism and post Buddhism

I am a Pakistani Muslim.

My mom’s side is more post sikhist and she is into hindko sufi meditation. my dad’s side is more post buddhist and he is like a freudian semitic sunni buddha. I like monotheistic hanbali sufi meditation and Quranic outreach.
